Welcome to the High Traffic Blog. This is the first blog post here on this blog and I would like to take this opportunity to tell what this blog is all about.

I’ve been blogging for more than 10 years now. My first blog was in 2008 and it was a blog about motorcycles. By 2012, the blog was getting more than a million pageviews per month.

In 2013, I started DigitalDeepak.com. This blog about digital marketing has now become one of the most read digital marketing blogs in India. It’s not just a blog but a big brand now. The blog was the launch pad for my courses business and it also led to the launching of my agency PixelTrack.

I’ve been explaining the benefits of blogging to people for a long time now. I also have done a TEDx talk on blogging which has more than half a million views as of now.

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years back. The second best time is now. The best time to start a blog was 5 years back, the second best time is now. Since blogging takes a long time to get results, it is difficult to motivate people to take blogging seriously. If you are reading this post right now, there is a high chance that you do not have a high traffic blog yet.

High Traffic Blog as a project was born because I wanted to show people how to start a blog from scratch and grow it. Since the very first day of deciding on the name for this project, we’ve recorded videos and uploaded it on my YouTube channel. The publishing of this very content will also be done on a video call with my teammates.

Yes, I already have a blog and I already have a following and it will be easier for me to grow this blog than for someone starting from scratch. But it also shows 100% behind the scenes on what it takes to start a blog from scratch and how to grow a brand. It might take a bit more longer for you but it is just a matter of time. If you do everything that we do, you will also start getting results like we get.

We keep track of finances, the activities we do on the blog, the traffic that the blog gets, the tools that we use and also the people we take advice from. Pretty much everything that we do (except showing the process of writing content like this where I am sitting on my bed and writing) is 100% transparent and shown in the video series. When we start making money with this blog we will also share how much we are making and how we are making it. I hope it inspires you to start your own blog and build a brand starting with a simple post like this.
